Eminem – Lose Yourself

I’m really not into rap music, but I’ve gotta confess I love a bit of Eminem occasionally and ‘Lose Yourself’ is one of the most awesome motivational songs there is. “Success is my only motherfucking option, failure’s not.”

Led Zeppelin – Kashmir

The thing I love about having loads of Led Zeppelin on my iPod is that often, when I’m doing cardio, I’ll reach a point where I feel like I’m totally shagged and need to stop and I’ll say to myself, “I’ll run for one more song,” and when my iPod shuffle picks out a Zeppelin song, it generally means I’m running for another nine minutes.
